Originally Borui Plaza, which was acquired by Capitaland in 2022, the renovated Capital Square Beijing will be a brand new 5A quality office and retail complex, locate on the A26 East Third Ring North Road. The design scope of the 88,046 sqm interior renovation includes the ground floor lobby, the office lobby, the toilet and the lift lobby of the office area. In the renovation, CLOU’s design attempts to illuminate the whole space, using white wired glass to enclose the first floor of the office lobby, complemented by well-designed lighting, forming a pure and bright ‘white lantern’ in the centre of the lobby. The project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2023.
