Background "GBE" was established in 2005, and formally registered as an Incorporated Limited Company in 2008. "GBE" is composed of Qualified Professionals, Authorized Persons, Design Architects, Interior Designers and Registered Structural Engineers, supported by experienced Technical staff. This enables us to provide one-stop professional services to our clients.   Mission Statement 1. To steer each Project/assignment in the best interests of our Client.   Our Team Our team will be led by Mr. John Lam, an Authorized Person with input from in-house Design Architects and Structural Engineers. Building Services Engineers will be called on board to complement our service and meet the Client’s need. In addition, suitable staff will be deployed as necessary or appropriate with a view to ensuring that the total cost of the Project is kept as low as possible. We will ensure that the level of resources injected to the project commensurate with the actual needs of the Project.
