cleanliness and highlight what other standard operating procedures are in
place. It’s important to be honest with employees and show care for their

In an interview with LITE Malaysia, Design Director -
International, Ramesh Subramaniam explores working from home during the
COVID-19 pandemic and advice for businesses looking to return to the office
safely.
Exploring the challenges and opportunities of his role,
Subramaniam emphasises the benefits of a healthy routine including exercise and
nutritious food to maintain productivity and inspiration throughout the working
day.
Discussing the office as a team-building social hub in which
to nurture culture, he acknowledges the importance of technology and other
innovations to continue to accelerate the future workplace.
