The city is full of prosperity and greenery, and green mountains and green waters surround the capital. Opening the window to see greenery and going out to see mountains is a major feature of the mountain city of Chongqing. If you have come to the southwest and experienced the mild Chengdu, then don't miss the hot Chongqing. Push away the fog of the mountain city, and you may see a different surprise.
This project is located in the northwest of Chongqing's main urban area, north of Fenghe Road and east of Yuan Road in the Shuitu Park of Liangjiang New District. The surrounding green coverage rate is high and the ecological environment is good. The project is divided into two floors: the first floor is the reception area and brand display area. The second floor is the negotiation area, VIP room and office area.
Stepping into the lobby of the sales office, the natural texture of the marble stone is intertwined with the light, extending from the ground to the top floor, rendering a sense of ceremony and light and shadow. The structural beauty and facade sense are self-contained, calm and quiet.
In the spatial sequence design, the corridor is used as the axis, and the screens are arranged regularly and neatly, symmetrically and balancedly, solemnly and dignifiedly. The visual guidance extends the space, achieving a high sense of order and ritual, and exuding a calm and powerful spatial language.
The designer used rhythm and lighting in aesthetics to control the rhythm of the space, outline the space through a sense of sequence, strengthen the sense of ritual, and highlight the beauty of rational sequence.
At the end of the corridor, there is a Chinese-style table with ancient bonsai, which is elegant and quiet, conveying the historical and cultural heritage with the traditional Chinese restraint and calmness. The elegant artistic conception of the courtyard and corridor is fully displayed in a small space. Time knows the taste, and the years are fragrant. Every piece of art is full of ingenuity.
The sales office inherits the axial layout of the Zhengrong Mansion series, combines culture and art, restores the etiquette of the mansion, perfectly integrates with the historical heritage of the city of Chongqing, and uses a comfortable and elegant design language to create the contemporary mansion style.
The negotiation area adopts the design method of framing the scenery. The sofa is placed next to the window, arranged in an orderly manner, following the aesthetic sense of symmetry, and perfectly frames the negotiation area into the picture. The tranquility echoes between light and shadow, and the implicit cohesion is carried forward in the room, which is unique in connotation. The lines of the sofa are very soft, embellished with dark green, Morandi, and white cushions, expressing the quiet and peaceful spatial context, depicting the harmonious and pure symbiotic beauty of man and nature. When people sit down in the negotiation area to talk, they feel relaxed and comfortable.
The functional areas are distributed in an orderly manner on the central axis, presenting a rationally arranged functional division.
