Mr. Vincent Zhang, Chief Architect of LEMANARC Ruimeng Design, led the team to design a scheme with the theme of "Cross Windmill, Endless Life" for the hospital architectural design project of Wuxi Medical and Health Industrial Park and won the bid. The project was designed by China Class A Design Institute group.
Wuxi Medical and Health Industrial Park is close to the north side of the inner ring exit of Wuxi Expressway, and is at the crossroads between Wuxi's prosperity and ecology, history and future. To break the traditional practice of confusing different types of people in general hospitals, and to meet the different needs of different groups of people, a cross-wind model plan with four parks and nine centers has been formed.
In addition to creating a smooth underground transportation hub, the integrated design of the riverside planning road underground also returns the riverside park to the citizens.
The intensive layout and moving lines have improved the operational efficiency, and the open park clusters are embraced in all directions; the shared spaces integrated by outpatient clinics, inpatients and clinical think tanks are high and low, supplemented by energy-saving and safe large and small window designs, bringing unique to the city. identity.
Ubiquitous courtyards and patchwork sky gardens bring daylight, breeze and scenery into each consulting room and ward.
In this project, LEMANARC demonstrated the great potential of multidisciplinary integration, sharing and zoning services in the future medical park.
