LSD’s cooperation with No. 1 Zhongxing Road began in 2019. It takes the shaping of lifestyle as the most intuitive and essential design language, adhering to the common understanding of cities and people, and targeting different house types, from the perspective of space. , aesthetics, and lifestyle, it establishes a link between the differentiated value attributes of the product and the psychological needs of the target customer groups, and presents them one by one in different appearances. Using the aesthetic ability and appreciation of the connotation of No. 1 Zhongxing Road as the yardstick, we look for those who can identify the beauty of technology, mathematics, life and art, refuse to follow the trend, insist on their own financial and intellectual elites, and establish communication on aesthetic values. Bridges are realized through the construction of lifestyles. When this language is presented, people familiar with it will quickly recognize and converse with it. In the current digital context, the designer puts the code of "art of life" into a "machine" that can run it. This "machine" is called "dwelling".
The intervention of design in function determines the level of lifestyle display. Among the two different house types in this case, the designer reorganized the functional scenes and completed the plane changes through careful identification and insight into the crowd, and based on the current lifestyle as the anchor point. By placing behaviors and habits as "conditions", the optimal "solution" of functionality and comfort can be obtained.
