Exadeck, by Wallbarn from the UK is a decking board made entirely from extruded porcelain boards. What sets Exadeck apart is its durability, non-combustibility and extremely low maintenance compared to traditional decking material such as timber and composites. Exadeck boasts exceptional physical properties, including high mechanical strength, impressive breaking capacities and resistance to abrasion, making it perfect for high traffic areas. Its fire resistance ensures safety and lasting performance. In additional, it has extremely low water absorption property making it dimensional stable. Exadeck’s resistance to temperature changes prevents expansion-induced deformities.

The extruded boards are specially suited to outdoor environments requiring stringent fire resistance.

The fire rated decking system comprises of Exadeck porcelain boards, self levelling heavy duty MetalPad-Ex with adjustable heights, and a class A rail substructure system.

Class A MetalPad-EX pedestal can be used with a large range of profiled aluminium joists and rails to create a strong substructure frame to hold decking boards to create a Class A decking system. A number of connection clips are available which click onto rails quickly and easily to create a strong substructure system.
