Bayview Garden is a residential flat designed for a three-generation family. The homeowner has a total of four children, some of whom have moved out after getting married but would come back to visit their parents with their children on weekends. Therefore, the house was designed to accommodate multiple people and provide flexibility for the homeowner's needs.
