10 DESIGN Wins Competition with Zhengfang Xiangzhou Hi-Tech Park, the First Eco Technology Park in the West Side of the Greater Bay Area

10 DESIGN has been selected as the winner in a competition to design the 348,418 sqm Zhengfang Hi-Tech Park in China. Situated in the Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, it is poised to be the first eco technology park in the west side of the Greater Bay Area when completed. The client’s vision is to develop a vibrant and innovative work – live community supported with a diverse mix of retail and entertainment spaces and convention facilities. By placing green living in the forefront of the design, 10 DESIGN’s scheme for the hi-tech park will harmoniously connect the urban surroundings with the mountainous green landscape of the site.
