Hongsheng Construction is honored to be awarded the contract by the Architectural Services Department for the reconstruction of the Multi-Purpose Sports Center of the Hong Kong Correctional Institution at 47 Tung Tau Wan Road, Stanley (Contract No.: SSL505).

The signing ceremony was successfully held last week. The project involves the redevelopment of the existing stadium into a new multi-purpose complex, with an estimated construction period of 780 days. This contract is delivered under NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract Option B. Our team is confident that we can proceed with this contract under the NEC3 framework.
