I handed over a house I designed in Nishi Tokyo City. Because of the relationship with the cemetery, it was difficult to open to the south, and the cemetery had a special shape of a circle, we started the design by preparing an external space for the cemetery on the east side of the cemetery.
Placing stairs at the center of the house for access to each location with minimal movement, and a rouver floor immediately next to it.
Not opening to the south, the stairs and this loover floor play its part in delivering daylight to the first floor I also hope to connect the upper and lower floor air seamlessly.
In addition, they are planning to adopt an underfloor air conditioner + shed cooling method, and the warm air under the floor during heating, and the air from the shed during cooling to spread throughout the house.
Planting was also prepared with various varieties of over 4m of pigeons and created an environment that can be enjoyed throughout the year. I plan on taking photos that will show you how my home will be after moving to Niigata in May, so I'll introduce them here again.
