Alera Architect is Architecture and Urban Design Consultant Firm based in Jakarta. Founded in 2013 with a deep spirit about creating an Architecture of Excellence and its everyday use and commercial concept, it aims to enrich the human experience and spirit through its planning and architectural works. Our strategy is to study the right and best design on the site. Through negotiating the conflicting requirements of site, climate, technologies, commercial aspect, authorities, and end-users, a diagram is produced that incorporates all these forces. Wrapping these requirements we used to deliver the project within the time schedule and quality are maintained and detailed We believes good design is produced from this careful study and research, combined with technical and commercial knowledge and artistic judgement. Random and unforeseen events are examined for the possibility of adding richness and new possibilities to the design. Attention to detail, proportions, and scale, together with common sense ensure the finished product fully develops the potential within the concept.
