Our Wuhan Riverside Hotel in China was awarded for Quality Excellence by Bass Hotels and Resorts, and the Aberdeen Marina Club, Hong Kong received an award of Design Merit from the Hawaii Society of A.I.A. In addition to our base in Hong Kong, we have served clients from China, Singapore, Macau, Taiwan (Client List) and completed a considerable variety of projects which include residential, commercial, industrial, recreational, institutional and hotel developments (Projects list). Many of these projects were the first of its kind in Hong Kong. For example, the Aberdeen Marina Club was the first marina, and South China Athletic Association, the first sports and recreational complex in Hong Kong. One of our prime assets is our experience in successfully completing significant projects in major cities of China in the past 20 years. Having been one of the first Hong Kong architectural firms to enter the China market, we have acquired solid understanding of design and procedural demands of this fast developing nation. Our first project was the Jianguo Hotel in Beijing in 1979, and we have since completed many more projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Guangzhau and Shenzhen. By maintaining our commitment to provide quality service, and strict adherence to project budget and schedule, we have developed long lasting friendship with our clients.
