Since 2009 Coll Architecture has delivered a unique approach to house design in Canterbury.   Our small, tight-knit team works from our city studio with one goal in mind – to provide our clients with functional, beautiful and timeless architectural homes and businesses. For architectural homes, hill sites, energy efficient and sustainable buildings or complex multi unit builds our service combines artisan proficiency, polished design diligence and old-fashioned approachability. Our youth and energy is balanced with experience and practicality – providing equal amounts of inspiration and realism to our house designs. This carefully forged equilibrium has seen the reputation of the firm continue to rise, something Director Mitchell Coll has planned for since first starting architecture in 2003. His vision for the company has seen it grow and evolve alongside the dramatically changing landscape in Christchurch, and his recent awards, including NZIA Multi-unit Architecture Award 2019, Timber Design Awards 2018 and ADNZ Supreme and Peoples Choice Awards for 2017, are yet another step forward.
