DEMIS ARCHITECTS traces its foundation from D.R. Alegarbes Architectural Designs Unlimited which was founded in 2010 at Davao City. It is a Filipino-owned business primarily engaged in the services of Architectural Design and Project Management.  After completion of several projects and in its desire to expand and cater to clients outside of Davao City, it expanded and established linkages with other design professionals and engineers to offer allied professional services in the design and construction industry.
