MAGTIBAY ARCHITECTURAL & GENERAL SERVICES (MAGS) is a full-service architectural design & consulting firm extending basic design as well as comprehensive architectural services which provides for the necessary design control. The scope of services include architectural and engineering design and related specialized consultancy in interior design, building property management, maintenance, project packaging, construction/project management and master planning. The firm is headed by Architect Victor L Magtibay herein referred to as the Principal Architect. The collaboration is a pooling of experience that span the combined 17 years of practice and involvement on various projects which included residential / commercial/office building establishments, management of condominium buildings, apartment buildings, health centers and churches/ chapels, tourism related projects such as hotel/resort and clubhouses and industrial facilities master planning.  The principal have been privileged to work on foreign-assisted projects financed by the  World Bank  (WB) and  Asian Development Bank  (ADB) during his work experience under AAD Architects under the mentorship of Arch. Arlene J. De Torres. The projects under the program were considered social undertakings enabling him to be participants in the country's development through the various government agencies tasked to handle the programs. On the technical aspect, the exercise allowed for the wider collaborative experience of the partners with the local provincial architecture networks for projects located outside of Manila. As required by the changing work conditions and project opportunities, MAGS also catered basic services through micro building and facilities maintenance such as electrical, mechanical & plumbing works. The establishment of motorize service personnel enable us to quickly respond on time to the full satisfaction of the client for corporate client, small and medium enterprise. For the firm's continuing maturity, we shall maintain our reputation of professionalism and integrity while it ushers to the practice on the new challenges of high technology.
