Founded in 1986 by its President and Chief Executive, Philip Young, it has its roots in the manufacture and supply of office furniture. It has developed in 25 years from being a local Indonesian company to become a worldwide organization with operations in 10 countries and has a continuing growth plan to increase this network. This continued expansion has enabled the Corporation to establish it self as a world leader in its market place.

Unlike many organizations in a very competitive arena, The Young Industry Indoensia has achieved its position by a blend of Innovation, Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Sourcing, leading to further opportunities in alternative markets. Decisions taken during recent years have lead to the group increasing its manufacturing base to include major engineering plants in China, Indonesia, Ukraine and Egypt in addition to the production of industrial machinery with our partners in China.

Serving our customer worldwide with direct subsidiaries in USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Egypt, South Africa, China and Indonesia, we are proud to offer product ranges that have been tested to BIFMA in USA, AFRDI in Australia and BS/EN in United Kingdom.

With first class engineering and design back-up to support it, The Young Industry Indonesia is now able to use its international trading experience to develop other areas of interest and to continue to develop through expanding product ranges and distributor support worldwide.
