PT Shammah Marmer Indonesia (Fascatti) was established in 2004 to answer Indonesian market’s increasing demand for high quality marble. In addition to marble and travertine as the main focus of our business, we also supply granite and onyx, all of which are imported from different regions of the world. We select only the best materials from Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey, Middle East, and India.
At Fascatti, we value our customer satisfaction the most. Thus we only deliver the best quality of products and services to our clients while keeping to the philosophy of quality meets price.
To guarantee that our products would meet the market’s demand, each of the materials we offer is personally handpicked by our meticulous owners and inspectors before being processed by our advanced machineries and well-equipped production system. Each of the finished products will then go under a very tight quality control process to make sure we only deliver the products of the best quality to our clients.
Our Vision
We aspire to provide the highest quality of products and services in any kinds of projects we are entrusted with throughout Indonesia.
Our Mission
- Consistently provide our clients with the highest quality of marbles and granites from around the world.
- Constantly develop the quality and range of products and services we offer in all aspects.
- Continuously grow towards vertical integration to guarantee better quality control at all stages and speedier services to cater to our clients’ needs.
Our Story
Fascatti first opened doors in 2004 through a small but workable warehouse in Cileungsi, Bogor. Despite limited equipment and space, strong faith in the prospect of the business drove the original multiple owners to spare no expense in providing increasingly more varieties of marble to not disappoint customers who visit our warehouse.
In 2008, some of the original owners decided to step back and the board of owners downsized to only two members sharing the same vision to grow the company to the next level, which was not an easy quest at all since we had to face some setbacks from time to time – a major one being in 2011 when extensive inter-city traffic growth led to difficulty and inconvenience for prospective customers to visit our Cileungsi warehouse. A decision was then made to relocate our warehouse and main office to somewhere in the proximity of Tangerang. This major setback was indeed a blessing in disguise since we eventually managed to find a spot for a new warehouse that covers an area as big as 10,000m2 (almost 2,5 acres), making possible a better equipped warehouse with more advanced machineries and tools to better aid the production.
In 2012, we upgraded a store lot in Mangga Dua into a Fascatti showroom to cater to clients seeking initial consultations. The showroom displays sample products of approximately 80% of our marble choices to provide insights and educational information on marbles for all our patrons. Most of the patrons who are interested afterwards would then visit our warehouse to select their desired marble characteristics.
In our endless effort to grow the company, we keep participating in major events and fairs from year to year in order to gain more recognition and reputation. This results in increased growth of sales and invitations to tender in major projects.
In 2014, Fascatti acquired a further 3 acres (12,000m2) of land and building within five-minute drive from the existing premises near Tangerang. This new piece of property was later transformed into a warehouse for more varieties of marble and granites. By this time Fascatti had proudly housed a collection of more than 200 types of marbles, granites, and travertine combined.
By 2018 Fascatti had grown from the humble beginnings in the small warehouse in Bogor to a collection of over 300 types of marbles, granites, and travertine combined. To ensure customer satisfaction, we continuously grow our collection of machineries to keep up with the growth of the range of products and services we offer. This is to allow for speedier production and higher quality of products to support the completion of any custom projects, and to anticipate the constantly increasing demand for our products.
