In a Resort area at Puncak, there is a CIMB complex that serve for the internal employe, but also as convention. The possibilities of the event that it will contain, varies from wedding to orphanage gathering. Since it’s differsity of function, the building must become as flexible as it can, the connection to be the other building also plays an important role in design process.
The building can survive both in an air conditioning at all. The reflecting pond in front of the building functioned also to cooling down the air inside. The main issue for this building design is how to maintain the building material which have already been ordered, building statement different from the previous plan, to have many building similar to each other in one area.
The strategy is to have 2 opposite side of the building’s skin using the old curtain wall. And 2 other oppsote side using new planes slipped from the building’s structural plate, the clearity of the building from will be readeable easily, especially with the planes the transformed in to the vernacular architecture.
