This expansion of the existing Mill Park Leisure Centre includes the following:
– Redesigned 25m pool with ramp, hot water program pool,
learn to swim pool, leisure water, expanded gym and program rooms,
occasional care, administration, café and kitchen, foyer and entry. The new facilities include:
– New Leisure Water & Splash Pad with beach entry
– New Warm Water Program Pool with ramp entry
– New ramp to existing 25m Pool
– Expansion of existing entry to include new Foyer, Admin hub, Cafe, Retail and Reception areas
– Upgrade to change facilities including family village and group change areas
– New Concourses
– Extension to existing gym and Program rooms
– Reconfiguration of internal areas to provide a 4th program room and separate occasional care area
– ‘Changing Places’ Accessible Change rooms with hoist connection to pools
– Extension and upgrade to the Mechanical and Pool Plant
