The No.10 Art Gallery is part of a new residential development by the GZ Times Property Group,Situated in the middle of a large landscape park that surrounded by residential towers, the design asked for a low building form that can be merged into the surrounding. The roof design of the building is created by many folding polygonal planes, forming an undulating profile which created a propitious dialogue with the surround landscape.
The 4,800 square meter gallery
houses large and small size exhibition halls, gallery spaces and a multi-media hall. Exhibition areas are open to the public whereas the rest of the building is reserved for the residents’ use as clubhouse. Various clubhouse and recreational facilities include swimming pools, indoor sports court, café and restaurant. Exhibition halls and galleries can be opened out to provide indoors and outdoors exhibition.
