Grounded with a solid sandstone base the building grows out of the landscape and is split into three distinct masses which provide a personal scale to the Architecture. Individual apartments are articulated by timber look aluminum battens that form the operable screens and louvres. These screens provide a natural softness to the façade whilst offering the simplicity of use and maintenance.
