The Sephora flagship store located in the Sydney CBD is a total of 660sqm over three floors (Backstage 100sqm, Ground Floor 263sqm, Second Floor 297sqm).
Local compliance alignmen
Following the flagship the subsequent design of the retail stores align to Sephora’s Global Retail Design Standards developed by Sephora, who provided Geyer with an approved Concept Design. Geyer then developed the approved Concept Design in the Schematic and Documentation phases, ensuring alignment with local compliance requirements.
Working with Sephora
Sephora’s in-house designers were advised of Australian regulations, standards, permits, tender processes and recommended sympathetic solutions to adapt non compliant international standards to suit Australian regulations.
Customer experience first
Throughout every design for every store the customer was put first. Focusing on the customer experience. The physical presentation of the store and the presence in the locations that supported Sephora brand awareness. Despite being the new kid on the block, these stores help build market share and places Sephora as a serious player in the Australian market.
