These 6,000 sf condominiums were developed on a site of a previous abandoned project. The site is beautifully located on a rise next to a beach.
4 large towers blocks were designed with one apartment per floor. The floor plans of these apartments took inspiration from the Catamaran; with one wing for the private bedroom quarters and the other wing for the living and dining spaces.
All towers were angled east west to minimise heat load and visually appear to set sail to sea.
