The owner of the house was a newly- wed who works as an entrepreneur. A husband has focused on Food & Beverages and Hospitality business and the wife works as a painting curator in one of the galleries in the Jakarta area. They need calm and
helpful to accommodate their passion for working remotely at home.
In modern society, many young families face difficulties in designing their space because of the small landed area.
To make it more relaxing and loosen up, they asked blue color to accentuate inside the house but not too much. The rest material is represented natural vibes such as concretes, white, old brown teak and black steel. They inquired about storage to put up some painting and
their shoe collection as their hobbies.
The first floor consisted of two main areas, dining area and living room which is divided by teak credenza. The kitchen, integrated with the living and dining rooms compose the entire floor. On the second floor, there are
the master bedroom, kids bedroom and working space for the owner. The use of working space inside the house, which does not seek a conventional program, but functional and multipurpose spaces, where
