iPartnership was commission to create the new 10,000 sq.ft home for Zenith in the spanking new Menara BRDB in the hip suburb of Bangsar. The brief from the CEO was to create an extremely functional corporate office that projects a dynamic fun place to work for a multi-national media and advertising company. iPartnership took their logo as the datum for the design and transformed the swoosh of their company logo, into both the 2D plan forms and into the 3D elements throughout the entrance and the public spaces. A dynamic entrance was created that sets back the main conference room and meeting room from the perimeter façade to create private breakout spaces. An intentional slit to the left gives a peak through the open plan team based office. The general office is an open plan areas that has been design for team based working with a team leader within that grouping. These teams are bounded by the team storage islands that are accessible from both the teams that they flank.
