RED OAK PROPERTIES, INC. We are a real estate development company established in 2010 with a vision to become a significant player in the mid-end Philippine housing industry. We aim to develop quality and value-added communities that exceed beyond our clients’ expectations and enhance the quality of their lives. PARTNERS Goldenpine Realty and Development Inc. is our co-developer in Amaresa 1 and 2 located at the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. It is a real estate development company established to complement the principal owner’s primary business as a land development contractor. Mega Prestige Property Ventures Inc. is our co-developer in Sentrina Alaminos, Calamba, and Lipa. Blue Mountain Properties Inc. is our joint venture landowner partner in Amaresa 1, Amaresa 2, Sentrina Lipa, and Sentrina Alaminos. Meyphil Development Corporation is our landowner partner in Amaresa Marilao.
