About RF Cemine & Associates

RF Cemine & Associates is a professional organization offering Architectual, Planning, Construction Management, and Consulting services to government and private industry clients. After placing third in the Philippine Architectural Board Exam in July 1968, RF Cemine established RF Cemine & Associates as a sole proprietorship. During the period from 1969 to 1977 the firm provided exclusively architectural designing and supervision services primarily in Butuan City, Philippines. Most of the projects handled were planning for residential, small scale commercial buildings to city and municipal projects. Overseas, RF Cemine was employed as resident architect of AIM Consultants, Ltd., an American architectural firm with offices in Atlanta and Macon, Georgia, USA; Krakow, Poland, and Lagos, Nigeria. RF Cemine was involved in plan preparation and supervision of various projects ranging from  government housing to prestigious banks, offices, hotels, mosques, sport complexes, diplomatic buildings, and even master planning of a new capital city, Abuja, Nigeria, while in the employ of the said firm.  It was when RF Cemine was assigned in AIM Consultant's overseas offices particularly in Atlanta and Macon, Georgia, USA and in Krakow, Poland that he gained world-class experience in the field of architectural planning. What makes RF Cemine & Associates distinct is its use of cutting-edge Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology to render their designs and working drawings.
