The furniture has been used for a long time, just like half of the family, and I don't want to throw it away. Joseph & Associates designed the dowry furniture for the female heads of the Mid-levels Jinshan Unit on Hong Kong Island, and integrated the newly renovated dowry furniture.
Use old dowry full of exotic
The most surprising thing is the design of the living room. The designer adopted the proposal of the female head and put a carved wallpaper on a large wall. With the elegant pink cabinet with female head, the cabinet is full of exoticism. In addition, the Yunshi coffee table and the dining table are also the dowry of the female head of the family. The sense of history is heavy but new. With the simple sofa and dining chair of Minotti in Italy, the new and the old coexist harmoniously, and there is no sense of harmony.
The most striking layout is the large wall of the living room. According to the proposal of the female head, the designer affixed a Chinese-style floral wallpaper, matching two Western-style enterprise cabinets under the dowry of the female head, to experience the family history and retain the warmth of family.
The patio of the dining room was originally decorated with glass tiles. The designer changed it to the traditional Chinese window mullion design, using frosted glass, which will not be too light-transmitting during the daytime; the designer adds a light strip outside the window, which can be used as an atmosphere at night Lamp use.
Change the overall planning of the living room room
It turned out that the living room and the TV cabinet were repositioned, and the designers exchanged it to create the entrance from the entrance into the house, seeing the layout of the entire hall in one go, and finally saw the effect of the audio-visual equipment forming a corner of the terrace. Regardless of whether the family gets along or enjoys TV shows and movies, it has its own place.
The designer turned the terrace into a partial hall where the TV was placed, and the current living room decoration was changed, and venetian blinds were installed to allow people to watch movies and have the effect of a dark theater.
The head of the family of three and two servants lived in a unit of more than 2,000 square feet. The original space was more than enough, but since I have lived for more than thirty years, I must have accumulated a lot of debris, so the designer opened three new ones at the entrance of the daughter's room. Into the wall high cabinet, there is a square large cloakroom, so that the family's clothes have enough space to arrange neatly. At the same time, sufficient storage space was set up in the two worker rooms, and one of the worker rooms was thinned. The recess was used to place the washing machine to make the corridor wider and free of clutter. The master room was originally separated from the living room by a wall. Because of privacy and storage space, the designer customized a row of wardrobes on the wall behind the living room.
The location of the daughter's door was closer to the dining room, which was easily affected by the sound of the dining room. The privacy was low. The designer changed the door to the other end. The location close to the dining room was changed to three large wardrobes for the whole family. In addition to increasing storage space, and avoid affecting the daughter's private space
Designer Yu Xuan has designed three tall shoe cabinets, which are convenient for placing a large number of shoes for family members.
The entrance is located in a separate area between the two halls. The designer made the ceiling partitions to hide the beams. It happened to use this location to create the entrance and the living room lighting.
Semi-open kitchen with specially designed wooden shelves for cooking books and food cookie jars.
A mirror is hung on the wall of the entrance to let people check the makeup before going out.
The designer is good at using lights to create atmosphere, and more focused lighting, as shown in the picture for lighting the paintings.
