It has provided services both to the private and public sector in Master Planning, Architecture, Urban Design and Interior Design projects. The principal of the company has extensive international and local experience in many different project types. With our vast experience we are able develop designs that meet our clients needs and aspirations while maintaining a balance commercial and environmental needs. Our buildings are highly functional, economical, elegant and exciting, inspiring those who work on them and in them. A Hanapiah Architect Sdn Bhd has specialized in a number of different building types and has developed its expertise over the years in mixed development, residential, health, education, retail, office, sports, leisure, airport, interior and urban design. A Hanapiah Architect was founded in 2003 and later established as a Private Limited company in 2013. It is a company registered with the Ministry of Finance as well as the Companies Commission of Malaysia, the Board of Architects Malaysia and Malaysia Institute of Interior Designer. The company is managed by Tuan Haji Ar Abu Hanapiah Bin Mohd Ali who has over 30 years of experience in architecture and development. His experience began in 1985 when he worked in one of the largest architectural firms in Malaysia at that time, Arkitek Hijjas Kasturi Sdn Bhd. There he has been involved with several projects including Tabung Haji, Standard Chartered, Maybank and Lot 10. He was also involved in the Mid Valley City Plan which is now one of the most thriving commercial center in Kuala Lumpur. In 1990, he began working at the Kumpulan Senireka Sdn Bhd and became one of the directors until 2003. There he was involved in the mega projects including the Masjid Putra, Dataran Putra, Istana Selangor, Putra Bridge, PJC Convention Center, Putrajaya Hospital, Ampang Puteri Hospital, KPJ Kajang Hospital and many others. With the extensive experience and highly motivated group of professional, the firm A Hanapiah Architect Sdn Bhd was established in 2013. The hands-on attitude of the directors led the company to successfully carry out several large and small projects. Among the projects that have been implemented include Schools, Colleges, Hospital, Terrace Houses, Factories, Mosques, Police Headquarters, Sports Complex, Resort and Airports.
