The new GEGAC $5m primary health care services building completes the second stage of their Bairnsdale site masterplan redevelopment. The contemporary form conceptually draws on local Indigenous eel net artefact references from the Gippsland Lakes region. The building fabric is constructed from natural materials such as rammed earth with timber screening which act as a visual connection to the land.

The new facility integrates services currently provided from existing physically discrete buildings including primary health care, dental, allied health, ambulance access, staff and administrative facilities.
