Alongside designing and manufacturing the next generation of EVs, the Shanghai-headquartered brand NIO has grown to encompass ventures in fashion, personal technology-related elements that allow users to tap into a vibrant NIO lifestyle that stretches far beyond the driver’s seat.

The SAKA Museum is one dedicated to Balinese Hinduist culture and traditional crafts in the Ayana Estate in Jimbaran, Bali. The entire interior seeks inspiration from local natural and cultural heritage in order to represent the powerful connection between culture and nature in Balinese Hinduism. From the tranquil night sky of Nyepi to water caves, volcano rocks to jasper and agate of Indonesia, Saka Museum defines each area through the translation of nature into architecture in formal and material expression. Different Balinese Hinduist motifs were also reflected in the architectural language through a contemporary lens while maintaining the essence of the traditional form.

The concept of BW House is an urban sanctuary, as the house is located in a dense urban area, yet still able to maximise open spaces, openings and greeneries in every corner.

This sophisticated renovation aims to revitalize the luxury retail mall and enhance the shopping experience.

Matrix has been commissioned by the corporate subsidiary "Capital Strategy" of our client, a Chinese enterprise, to undertake the design and construction of a 1,300 square feet office space located in the Cosco Tower in Sheung Wan. Our objective is to create a space that prioritizes visual conferences and a dedicated tea room.

Garden Crescent is a new green residential building by award-winning Hong Kong-based architecture practice Ronald Lu & Partners (RLP Asia), known for their life-centric, future-ready designs.

Boasting an aquarium, cinemas, and even a dinosaur fossil, the Dubai Mall is nothing if not larger-than-life. Fittingly, for the mall’s newest extension Kokaistudios amplified key visual identifiers of Far East Asian culture – including fans, lanterns, and lattice – for an alternative take on traditional Chinatowns.

Spatialising the ‘Desire’ (to fly) into comical idea clouds, the atrium exhibition pavilion is composed of multiple intersecting (idea) bubbles. Each of them corresponds to a theme extended from the progressive curatorial storyline about flying, ranging from desiring, learning, taking off to up in the air.
