ARKITEK TYL is a progressive Architect firm founded in 1993. We believe in strong commitment to produce good Architecture work that respond to the client’s brief and budget, yet cost effective during the construction. Besides a clear approach to the building design, the principal has extensive experience in space planning and interior design related project including a few landmark hotel, shopping complex, office tower, luxury penthouse, condominium and residential housing. This unique combination of Architecture and Interior design background has led to a strong emphasis on efficient space planning with minimum wastage on service and circulation space and yet, create a delightful interior spatial concept with a strong Architecture statement. Some of the project undertaken by our firm or on team capacity before the establishment of ARKITEK TYL include a number of landmark buildings was featured in the mass media both locally and internationally while few others was won through international design competition.
