About Eon Design

Eon Design is a creative partnership between us - Rob and Karen Pisaniello. We met studying architecture at the University of Adelaide and spent the early part of our architecture careers also working in the hospitality industry. In 2001 we founded Eon Design in Melbourne, inspired by our combined passion for food, gathering, community and design and the influence of our Italian heritage, where cooking and eating are central to family life. Over the years, we’ve helped businesses create memorable customer experiences, share their passion for food and community and create places where food brings people together. We have witnessed the impact their success has had on entire neighbourhoods. We have worked with experienced restaurateurs and with talented people just starting their impressive and impactful careers, many of whom have trusted us time and again to be part of their teams and success stories.
