DESIGN PHILOSOPHY   In our field of practice and the pace of change that we are experiencing everyday, we want to plan not only for today and tomorrow but for 50 years ahead to avoid obsolescence. We want to create long term assets for our client and users through creative planning and efficient designs. We are committed in the pursuit of quality planning and design with the creative use of modern building technologies to achieve economic viability and long-term sustainability of projects. It is with these personal concerns and guiding principles that the practice operates. Our designs are functional, sculptural and contemporary. In line with living in the tropical environment our designs aim to take advantage of the abundance of light, cross-ventilation and integration of the garden environment into the interior spaces. Our building designs aim to make use of energy efficient energy-efficient features to provide our clients with long-term energy savings as well as a conducive and comfortable living environment.   VISION   HMSK is an innovative architecture engineering design and multidisciplinary management practice established in year 2000 offering services in the following area: • DEVELOPMENT AND MASTER PLANNING • ARCHITECTURE DESIGN • ENVIRONMENT AND SPACE PLANNING • PROJECT MANAGEMENT These inter related disciplines are drawn together to provide a comprehensive services package to meet today’s complex development process. All the directors have over 20 years of practice experience gained in Malaysia and oversea to lead the group locally and internationally. The directors maintain a hands-on involvement in every project from inception to completion on time and within budget and in line with the agreed quality standard.
