I  Consultancy  was established in 2009 to provide Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy services for: - Residential - High rise condominium/apartment - Commercial shop/office - Industrial factory/warehouse - Shopping complex - Hotel/resorts/club house - School/tertiary campus - Petrol Station - Pump house - Highway/expressway - Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure. Founder’s Story Mr. Teoh Hin Heng, the Managing Partner of I-Consultancy has spent more than 30 years in his role as graduate consulting engineer, shares his insistence on how he never compromises on the quality of his engineering skills to fulfill clients’ and architects’ needs on special tasks as well as to comply to clients’ extraordinary requirements in key projects all over Malaysia. As a brilliant Mechanical and Electrical Engineer Graduate, Mr. Teoh had been working as a consulting engineer under his mentor, Mr. HC Toh since his graduation in 1984. Upon obtaining approval from all local authorities, consulting engineers will monitor the entire building and construction process, providing necessary advice on the safety and feasibility  issue as well as completing projects in time to meet clients’ schedule. Scope of Work a) Project planning, consultation and engineering design. b) Project cost/evaluation & tender management. c) Preparation of specifications, drawings and bills of quantities. d) Contract administration. e) Periodical inspection of installation works. f) Testing & commissioning of installation till handing over. g) Liaise with Local authorities/Utility service providers for planning permits, building approval, certificate of fitness (CF) and occupation certificates (O.C.).
