This will cover all aspects of the Building Process from Inception to Completion including compliance with the requirements of the Local Authority and Statutory Bodies.Supplementary ServicesThese are services which are not covered by the Basic Services, such as ascertaining the client’s objective, inspecting and advising on the suitability of sites, taking part in negotiations, preparing project brief and project plan and other related services.Additional ServicesThis can be provided under a separate appointment and includes advisory services, survey and investigation, planning and development, financial advice, exceptional and protracted negotiations and project management consultancy.Interior DesignThis involves the provision of Interior Design services including preparation of sketch layouts, working and construction drawings, details and tender documents, managing the contract, supervising the works during stages of implementation, issuing certificates of payment and accepting on behalf of the client such works upon its completionMaster PlanningThis involves the provision of a comprehensive master plan, producing a long-range vision for the built environment. It guides the appropriate use of lands within a municipality in order to protect the public health and safety and to promote general welfare. Among others, the Master Plan serves to identify- suitable locations for commercial, housing and mixed-use development;- locations where the city should increase density, use redevelopment, or intervene in other ways;- opportunities to extend and/or improve open space, recreational areas, and civic facilities;- strategies from increasing economic development;- environmental, historic and cultural resources that need conservation; and- strategies for solving congestion and improving transit services.
