Consequent to the directors and shareholders of Akitek Indahreka (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd's having decided to phase out works undertaken by Akitek Indahreka (Malaysia), it's Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bharu offices iniated the establishment of  KUMPULAN PERUNDING (1988) SDN BHD  with Bumiputra participation and the staff were transfered to the new firm.
