MIXC Wuhan By Lead8 Celebrates Media Launch

Taking a multi-disciplinary role on the project, Lead8 is delivering the Architecture, Interior Design and Retail Planning for the 178,000sqm retail mall and 12,000sqm commercial pedestrian street that make up the future destination.

The MixC development is located in the heart of the city and will anchor the wider 732,000sqm scheme as a new urban destination for Wuhan. The landmark features the seven-storey MixC retail mall, two commercial office towers, four residential buildings and a pedestrian street – each of which will benefit from proximity to a range of transport connections.

The development is currently due to complete construction and open by late 2021. Lead8 continues to build its portfolio with China Resources Land, with the award-winning MixC Shenzhen Bay celebrating its opening in 2018 and a number of future MixC developments currently on the drawing board in cities across China.
