McKerrell Architects is a relatively new practice formed in 2002 by its principal Managing Director Tom McKerrell, and his key people from the McKerrell Lynch practice in which he was a founding principal in 1987. Prior to forming McKerrell Lynch, Tom McKerrell was a principal of Cunnington McKerrell for 15 years. Over the last 30 years of practice, firms and architects under his guidance and direction have always been in the forefront of architecture and design for many of the innovative projects of the time. The senior people at McKerrell Architects have been involved in a diverse scope of jobs ranging from prominent commercial, mixed use development projects such as Coronation Drive Office Park, to residential projects such as the Cannery at New Farm, The Point and The Goodwin at Kangaroo Point, as well as apartment buildings at Hope Island Resort. The architects also have extensive experience in inner city retail and refurbishment projects, regional retail centres, and neighbourhood centres in New Farm and Racecourse Road, Ascot. At McKerrell Architects, there is a strong expertise in the development of new commercial showrooms for prominent development companies, and a range of established and on-going motor car dealerships. The principles which have developed successful projects and quality services over the past 30 years for a range of clientele are integral in our new practice to enhance the professional design services we offer to our clients.
