About Neil Design

Studio Director, Kahn Neil is a registered architect and licenced building designer in Queensland. Kahn is passionate about designing buildings that connect people with landscape, light, materials and each other. He brings both considerable design expertise and hands-on building experience to the design studio. At Neil Design we are focused on delivering quality design solutions that respond to the unique needs of our clients. We have over 15 years experience designing projects of all scales. We value a culture of collaboration and communication, starting with Neil Design and our clients and extending to the builder and other consultants. We are committed to producing high quality, on-time, on-budget design and documentation. Neil Design can guide you through all stages of a project from design brief and initial design concepts to construction documents, interior details, planning approvals and contract administration during construction. We understand that project budget and 'buildability' go hand-in-hand with other design requirements such as efficient planning, spatial quality, material finish, safety and environmental sustainability. We bring to projects a passion for design, underpinned by our broad experience of the development process from feasibility through design and documentation to construction on site.
