Architecture Solutions with Global Standard Practice Statement The practice is aiming to achieve creative architecture solutions with the global standard which are responsive and sensitive to the project’s peculiar context, function, climate, culture, technology, time and cost constraints. Projects undertaken to date include mixed-commercial developments, service apartments/ condominiums, hotels, offices, landed housing, industrial buildings and individual houses. The Key Personnels Managing Director Ar. Norman Ngai Yoon Fatt​ P.Arch,APAM,B.Arch,B.Sc(HBP)Hons.(USM), GBI Facilitator Graduated from the University of Science of Malaysia, (Penang). Possess more than 30 years of experience in the architectural/building industry. Started his practice in 1995 with the establishment of Project Line Architect and later co-founded and actively involved in the body corporate practice of Arkitek EA Sdn Bhd (1996-2006). Beginning 2006, Ar. Norman Ngai re-activated his sole proprietor practice i.e. NK@Ngai Architect till early 2022 and established NKNA Architect Sdn Bhd with a new partner. Director Ar. Aven Wong Wai Leong​ P.Arch,APAM,B.Arch,B.Sc(HBP)Hons.(USM), GBI Facilitator Graduated from the University of Science of Malaysia, (Penang). Possess more than 16 years of experience in the architectural/building industry. Started his career working as Project Architect with Arkitek EA Sdn Bhd and later NK@Ngai Architect in 2006. Subsequently established his practice WL Wong Architect in 2015. After a series of working in collaboration with NK@Ngai Architect, he is now a joint partner of NKNA Architect Sdn Bhd.
