BHD., a registered Civil and Structural consultancy with Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia (Board of Engineer, Malaysia) and Kementerian Kewangan (Ministry of Finance) in Malaysia providing consultancy on civil, structural, geotechnical and industrial architectural services. He also a registered ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE), ASEAN Engineer (ASEAN Eng.), APEC Engineer (APEC Eng.), EMF International Professional Engineer (Int. P.Eng), Incorporated Member of Chartered Institute of Building, U.K. (ICIOB), Member of Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (R.E.A.M) and Member of Road Engineering Association of Asia & Australasia (R.E.A.A.A). - Ir. Looi Joon Seng a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia. He obtained his first degree from Universiti Malaya in Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
