About Perunding PL Sdn Bhd

PERUNDING PL SDN BHD (PL) is an organization providing civil and structural engineering consultancy services. PL have been previously practiced under the name of PERUNDING C L LEE which was formed in 1986. This company has undergone expansion with the intake of additional professional stake holder and technical staffs and thus changes its name to PERUNDING PL SDN BHD. SERVICES PROVIDED Our company has undertaken a wide range of projects covering structural design of low, medium and high rise residential buildings, industrial buildings and commercial development; and infrastructure design of earthworks, road and drainage, sewerage and water reticulation for housing developments and golf courses. Our company also carries out project feasibility studies, submission of civil and structural plans to various local authorities for approval and performing contract management for construction works. The major projects, which have been undertaken by the company in, presented in Appendix A “List Of Projects”. The curriculum vitae of each individual director, the engineers of the company and associate of the company are presented in Appendix B.
