BR 7012 is a water-based flooring adhesive which is the latest versatile flooring adhesives with European formulation for laying all types of floor covering s e.g.: PVC materials tiles, vinyl tiles, rubber tiles, parquet wood, timber parquet and different types of carpets and its underlay. It is also proven good in bonding metal pedestal to the concrete flooring in the raised floor system.
BR 7012 is a water base flooring adhesives BUT dry to be very high water resistant. It is therefore recommended to use not only on top floors but also on ground floors of most the buildings provided that water proofing is being done and it is especially recommended to use on area near the bathroom for parquet wood.
BR 7012 is a plasticizer migration resistant grade.
