Heat and Sound Insulation with Fire Retardant-Bond on Metal, Concrete, or Wood Base Panels

PR 11 Sound Coat is a water-based paste coating that give very good heat and sound insulation with fire retardant properties. It forms a very good bonding on metal, concrete or wood base panels.

PR 11 Sound Coats is recommended to coat at areas that need to reduce noise and heat like the engine rooms in a ships, machines part like the palm kennel crushers in palm oil mills. 

At appropriate coating weights, in most cases, a dry weight of approx. 3-5mm will reduce the hazardous noise level by at least 30% to meet the OSHA requirement.

Sound Coats PR 11 also find its uses in metal roofing of any building to give significantly good insulation against heat and sound. Thus reducing the energy consumption.

Sound Coats PR 11 can be coated for heat insulation where fire hazards is concerned like the boiler and oven.

Sound Coats PR 11 is ready for use as supplied. However, it is always advisable to stir before use.
