You might have been to a few places where the floors are built in with an exotic and refined hardwood that left you awestricken. It can be a resort, your grandmother’s house at the countryside, your neighbor’s living space or oddly at the shopping malls atrium area.
You are astounded with the look and feel portrayed by those floors and consider having it construct at your own house. However, you started to wonder and have thoughts; “Are there any good if I have hardwood floor for my living area?” or “Is it hard to maintain the hardwood floor?” and etc.

It is a well-known fact that timber is hard and that makes the solid hardwood flooring more durable than any other type of flooring. This is one of the main reasons why most people chose to have hardwood flooring for their living space. Definitely, the hardness of the timber is different between each species. 2. Long Lasting
Solid hardwood flooring can last for decades with the correct installation and proper care. It can be sanded and refinished to reinstate its natural attractiveness should the floor lost its sparkle. It is also will get dented or scratched, but with the coating and finishing that are done accordingly during the installation, the floor surface will have a protection that reduce the chances of scratches.
3. Easy to Clean & Maintain
It is surprisingly easy to clean and maintain the solid hardwood flooring. Sweeping, vacuum and mopping on regular basis are enough to remove any dirt or debris that has accumulated. If water or any liquids are spilled, all you have to do is to wipe it up with cloth or mop.
