Klapsons is a new 3-Storey boutique hotel annex within the existing Tower Fifteen office building (formerly Euro-Asia Centre).
The hotel, completed in 2009, was part of the refurbishment of an existing 29-Storey office with an overall GFA of 23,550 m², the scope of works included:
- 17 No hotel uniquely designed rooms
- 750 m² event space
- Conversion of Level 17 into a Sky Terrace
- Upgrade of lift lobbies and toilets
- Power supply upgraded from LT to HT
- Re-cladding of the existing façade
- URA Night Lighting Incentive
