Proposal The 40-storey service apartment tower is to be the 2nd addition to the KLVC Masterplan project. The spatial programme within the building is meticulously designed to allow every apartment units, the luxury of indulging in the KLCC tower view which is located south east of the site. Aesthetically designed to complement Tower 1A, the building however differs from the more straightforward tower office to a graceful terracing of forms which allows the placement of sky gardens overlooking the view of KL.
