CLIENT: Radiant Symphony Sdn Bhd
This project was developed on a small parcel of “left over” land adjacent to a telecommunication centre. The challenge was to create an interesting building whilst complying to statutory requirements for car parks and such like.
We were engaged to improve on a previous design which had internal air-wells and an inefficient car park layout. We were able to create “semi-D” apartments with generous external light, removed internal airwells, increase car parking efficiency by 50%, reduce gross built up by 10% without reducing saleable area.
There were 8 Penthouses with individual swimming pools and gardens at the roof top. It was also the first residential project to use a metallic paint to allow the building to glimmer &
glow in sunlight.
